Seems that corolla's get stared at a fair bit these days... I like that.

Seen this on another forum and thought it was pretty cool.. kills some time while I'm at work anyways I'll start off. Nothing. But I did finish wiring off my New loom, mounted the ls1 coil packs and the haltech last night, got bored and ripped my entire dash out because I didn't like the colour haha.

I still think the long champs looked better lol

Hmmm, ill throw him a pm, but seriously... $50 for a vz dash pad.. pretty good I thought.. and when I'm finished with.the fiberglass it won't resemble any sort of factory dash :P

Yea I've seen a few and I decided I don't like the look of it.. SO I found instead..... A vz clubsport dash.. reckon that's guna test my patience or what ? Lol Should look alright when done but, and I will have the gauge pods etc, just going to modify the fascia to suit some speco gear or the like

I must admit a vn would make a decent drift car.. but what I'm sayin is they are never done properly, so how can they call them a drift car?? This goes for any car I guess..

And while I'm at it.. people who say they 'built' their car when they either didn't do jack shit to it, or all they have done to it is add some coil overs, wind them right down and put ugly wheels on it. Ive spent over 300 hours working on my car and I STILL don't day I 'built' it.. maybe if you go buy a kit car or make an icv THEN you can claim you 'built it' but otherwise GTFO OF HERE!!!!

What grinds my mo fo'n gears? People who have stock vn commodores with chopped springs and a welded diff and call it an effin 'drift car' ahhhh bogans piss me off so much!!!!!!

Yea its a pretty decent set up, comes on boost @ 3500 and pulls all the way to the 9400rpm rev limit

I think there is about 6 different positions for the w58, I read it somewhere a while ago

But what I meant is I don't want the handbrake hitting the shifter when it is in second gear, because I have it mounted right in between the front seats

Oh and I got invited to an event in Winton in September, so that is my new dead line, I will be giving Winton a call and finding out everything I need to know about scruiteneering etc, I want to be able to have passengers, so I think I need a half cage, it seems the rulesare different at every track, because at eastern creek you need a full cage.

Haha thank you for the approval, I'll be doing a heap of body work on this, till my mounts show up, just so it gets out of the way, I still havent finished the rear flares and I started them last year!! My hydraulic hand brake is all plumbed up too, I'm not going to mount it still.. because I don't know where the shifter will sit, and I'm not sure if I like it where it is, I might end up changing it so it is right next to the steering wheel yet... Ive got to modify the lines on my clutch slave as well because the supra gear box has the clutch fork on the drivers side. And I'm nearly out of damn welding gas, again!

That is my girls hand not mine by the way lol, I'm not a midget... She is. If you look closely you can still see texta on the impeller wheel. Just playing around, I'm not going to know how it mounts until I have the motor in.. That's all I have on my phone but here are a few from before I owned it
