Hahaha most if not all my 70's were rain warriors, this time I want a cruiser I've still got the falcon for the stupid duties, and plus a cruiser will fit my brother's 1st car choice a lot better than a ke70 flat black, cut springs, drift steering wheel, painted red stockies and trim rings :P

Yeah I know that's why I'm concertrating on getting it running and shit 1st rather than painting it 1st :D that way it may possibly gain another 3months which is heaps enough time to find bits and pieces to complete it :D

I did the whole s13 front end crap in a 70 and found there is a lot of stuff to modify, for starters you need to drill the lca bolt hole out to take the bigger s13 bolt, if your going coilovers you need to get a softer spring then an s13 runs, I had anywhere from 7-10kg springs in my teins and at the time it was cool but it got WAAAAYYYY to much bump steer, I almost got sent into someone's house cause of it, then there is the need to up the brake master cyl cause of the bigger front calipers, the standard master can't handle it and you're foot near hits the floor before it starts to think about stopping, then comes the minimum of 14inch wheels to clear the front brakes, then redrilling the lca to take the ke70 castor rod..... There is a lot of shit to look at in doing it... Make sure you do all the research before deciding EDIT: have a look in my thread in my signature go back Afew pages and you will find all the shit I went through fitting it

Hahaha I missed corollas :D That's the thing with projects though you buy a daily of the same nature I.e say you pick up another ke for a daily and you end up wanting it abit lower, so you pull good bits out of the project and put them into the daily and it just doesn't stop there, soon the daily ends up a project itself..... Hence why you need to find a daily of completely different years like a 30/55 and then nothing is the same, the project stays a project and daily as a daily hahaha, I'm trying to show my mate this with his car but he just doesn't get it lol

You can cut all 4 you will need spring compressors for the front ones to remove them at 1st then once they're cut you can just slip them back on with no issues rears are even easier

Untill then NO haha :D Yeah things are slowly coming together I have found the majority of the rust and know how much work is involved in it now, we have finally decided a nice shiney gloss black is the colour this will end up in, my brother decided that's what he wants so thats what its getting, but 1st it has to move and drive so motor/box and tailshaft are high priority atm
