  1. There's something about this thread that is a bit out of place... Honestly, Who does up little Lasers like these? Who? But hey, as long as your happy with it. I'm just sharing my opinion.
  2. Updates? Any Recent Engine Bay Pics?
  3. Yeah. You can actually engineer it easily being a Toyota V6, although it came from Holden shape, which they used the V6 idea from Buick :blinks: All you need to do is a Damn Good Brake Upgrade, and make sure everything's fitted properly, then you can Engineer it. Josh :hmm:
  4. It's good to see these Updates rollin' through Matt. Keep it up! :blinks: Josh :hmm:
  5. Yeah. Dad did that when he painted the Underneath of Ollie Last Year. Josh :hmm:
  6. Thanks Matt. It was an awesome Birthday. Now that the Primer's done, the Future Plans (for the moment) consist of: - Paint Ollie in Final Colour. - Put everything back on/in. - Find, Work and Install a 5K-E or 7K-E. Cheers Guys, Josh :hmm:
  7. Nice Sprinter Mate! Looks the Goods!
  8. And when will that be?
  9. Wouldn't ya need the Tyres for the RWC ??
  10. Yeah. Thanks Ryan.
  11. Some more pics...
  12. UPDATE !!!!! It was Josh's 15th Birthday Today. :hmm: We opened up the Garage to look at how the Primer had settled on Ollie, and we looked over the Whole Car and the Front Left Guard had too many Dents. Dad has some Scouring Pads on a Shelf in the Garage and he told me to give Ollie a Light Scrub over before we start painting. After rubbing 'till me Fingers Bled, Dad said to me "Do you want to go down to Andy's Autos and get a Guard from there?". I said Yes. So we jumped in the Commo and went down to Andy's and asked the Young Fella, "How much for Corolla Front Guards?". He said, "$50 a Guard". So we went to the Ke55 that was in there and it had 2 overrated Front Guards. We only needed the Left one so we grabbed that one only. We got home, and as soon as we took the Guard out of the Boot, we cracked out the Black Deadener and Painted the Back of the Guard. 5 minutes later, it was Dry and on Ollie ready for Primer. Dad applyed the Primer to the Guard and finished the Final Coat of Primer for Ollie. It came up really good, as well as the Entire Body. Dad then drove Ollie out the Garage into Sunlight, and we took some Photos of her with the Freshly Painted Primer on.

  14. Thanks Chris.
  15. My Birthday Present From Dad. :) Ollie is now 1 Colour again!! We've come a long way since Page 1, which was 15 months ago. We still have one more coat to go. The Pics were taken while the Paint was still wet. :) Woz & Josh :)
  16. Thanks Ryan. A Simple White would finish the Job. Then later down the track, we'll paint it Poison Ivy, unless another olour pops in our minds. ________________________________________________________________________________ Today, we'll be Painting in Primer the Bonnet and the Roof, then we're gonna be giving Ollie a 2nd Coat of Primer. Woz & Josh :)
  17. Try selling this on Calaisturbo.com.au or Boostcruising.com or maybe even eBay...
  18. Oh ok. You could probably try and find like a NOS Toyota Ignition from somewhere in SA. I'm in Victoria so I don't know a lot about SA.
  19. Why don't ya finish this Panelvan and use that as your "Transportation Bus" ?? Quickly finish it and then drop in a Super Reliable 4K or 5K and run it through a damn good Inspection with a Proper Licensed Car Inspector. Then you can sell off the Fagna and finish off Raven with the profits.
  20. Hey Fellas, MASSIVE UPDATE !!! We've started Primering Ollie !! :) At 1.00pm, Dad said to me, "Josh, Here's the Sandpaper, I want you to Lightly Sand every Panel on the Car except for the Roof. And here's the Masking Tape, I want you to Tape up the Windscreen Rubber, the Door Handles and Locks, and the Windows so I can Paint your Car in Primer." Before all that, We Chucked on the Tailgate we scored yesterday, and ripped out the Sunroof (which was an absolute pain in the arse). We also went down to Autobarns and got ourselves a Gravity Feed Spray Putty Gun, and 6 Sheets of P100 Sandpaper. Apparently, with Ke36 and Ke38 Tailgates, the Latches Down where the Tailgate catches to close, are different to each other. So Dad and I unbolted the Latch on the Original Tailgate and did a swap. The Sunroof was a fun one to get out. We had to Rip apart the Roof Lining (which we have plans for, but keeping secret) to get to the Screws for the Sunroof Support Panel. Dad unbolted all the Screws hassle free except for one, which was Screwed in so hard, it wasn't funny. He got it out after a while and we then had to Pull it off the Silicone that stuck it down. We did that, then we used a Stanley Knife to take off the Bulk Silicone that was left over so we can then Re-Silicone the Sunroof back on. When Dad finished the 1st of out 4 Coats of Primer, he suggested to me that we just paint Ollie a Simple White with a Clear Coat over it. I agreed with him so that's our new plan. Later down the track (when I get my full license), we'll then Paint Ollie in Poison Ivy, but for now, we'll just focus on getting the Project complete. We didn't get any Pics yet because the Camera's Batteries were dead and we didn't have any spares kickin' around, but we'll get Pics up tomorrow when we finish the 2nd Coat. Cheers, Woz & Josh :)
  21. Thanks Matt. As mentioned last night, we'll be doing some Sanding to Ollie, and we'll be swapping the "Corolla" Chrome Insert from my Tailgate that's on Ollie now to this one we got yesterday, and then chuck the Tailgate on Ollie. Thanks Ryan. We'll keep a look-out for ya. There's one down Tassie but we didn't get it because Freight was too expensive to get it here. Josh :)
  22. Hey Poppa, Any updates so far? Josh :)
  23. Thanks bud. We've chosen the VE Poison Ivy (Dark Pearl Green) as our final colour choice (after months of tossin' and turnin'). Tomorrow, we're gonna be doing some Sanding, and Fitting this Tailgate to Ollie. We'll also be taking off some Fidley Parts like Door Handles and The Sunroof so then she's ready to be Primed. Cheers, Josh
  24. Dad suggested to me that while the Tailgate's still in the Garage, we might as well throw up a pic for ya's to see. Here's the Tailgate: Cheers, Woz & Josh
  25. Thanks Vince. Now that we have the Tailgate, we are now able to Primer and Paint Ollie. ;) Josh
