oh funny farker aren't you haha yeah i did, but the front shockies are rooted so it sat uneven, so just cut one a bit more to compensate :P rear isn't lowered yet, but got some 3 inch blocks to put in, which should be in within the next few days.. still need some decent wheels for it, not exactly sure what to go, was thinking a set of globes? notice where the numberplate is....its a racecar :D haha paint looks like shit, only one coat at the moment..rain is really pissing me off

hey all got this a few weeks back, ke55 coupe, totally standard apart from KE35 tail lights, Was intending to use it only as daily driver, while my other car is off the road... but that didnt last long at the moment basically only concentrating on the bodywork, has a bit of rust in the rear guards/bonnet etc, was half painted in gun metal grey when i got it, an looked fairly average imo.. so got out the sandpaper & started painting it in Teil Blue, only one coat & half done at the moment, weather has been to shit to paint :(. *this is only temporary until proper respray in a few months*..trying to avoid cop attention by making it just one colour haha cheers Josh

after good ke55 bonnet without rust, colour doesnt matter complete ke55 front bumper. hobart can pick up

cheers man, yeah i sold it haha got bored, an sold the steelies too (regret majorly) anyway i now drive a ke55 coupe :) just standard at the moment, is a project but a daily driver as well, getting a full respray as soon as i get my skyline back on the road..

hey this is my daily.. when i got it it was standard height etc, had fog lights on the bumper, grandpa spec... motor blew like a week after that.. so chucked in a new motor etc, its got choppies, had pedders in the rear but kept popping out lol. removed the foggies, got some 13 inch widened steelies for it & put on my gktech steering wheel. if i don't sell it, going to put in a rebuilt 3tc & 5spd, extended lca's, short shocks, & locked 4.11..

ok, well..found out one thing, small hose on the thermostat housing was rooted, ended up blowing a hole in it, so wasnt holding any pressure, replaced the hose, put chemiweld in, starts bubbling at around the p on the gauge, cars running awesome now, no more idle hunting either, but hg not looking good :blinks: time to send the head away to be shimmed etc an head gasket replaced :lol: cheers for the help guys

not driving it atm, sister has it back, but next time I'm there or driving it ill check out the thermostat etc. also figured out it doesnt really idle hunt when its got more petrol in it? was a bit under qtr of a tank an i put some more in an was fine, premium unleaded as well. cheers

ok so i went out this morning, had a check for water on the ground..none at all.. did the radiator bubbling thing, didnt bubble, left it going a few minutes, raised up a bit but didnt bubble. has been idle hunting but a mate told me its just the tps sensor as when he had one it did the same thing. i read your thread about the idle hunting before i posted this...as it got me a bit worried lol. na i didnt fit the thermo myself, was already like it, occasionally i pull out the plug for the thermo on the motor for it to stay on permanately an it seems to make it better. but sometimes the thermo just makes it worse. weird.

never thought of that, was told by a mate to make sure its full, fill the radiator. I'm hoping its not the head gasket though as I'm to lazy to fix it cos i know she wont haha. i havent seen any water on the ground under it but ill double check. hmm cheers guys ill check it out in the morning an post back here.

got a heap of parts in a for sale thread, 4age twincam16 steering wheel, ksev parts etc etc

my old car that i owned for like 2 weeks :yes: my plans for it were to 3t or standard 4k it. but my 3t i had needed a rebuild and i didnt have a 4k at that time. i needed money for rego so i sold it. regrettably too, was hell stoked when i got it. oh well :wink: how was the trip home with it? have fun with it an look after it, keep us updated too also have u got the headunit hooked up yet man? still want that cd lol
