This is what she looked like when i bought her! it was all stock shitty interior and crappy stock everything, 1600 cs 4afc :bash: was'nt a bad motor used to rev pretty hard untill i blew distributor. amazing i thought the motor would have gone first :bash: . suppose thats what you get from a toyota motor! :bash: Had day off today so been trying to get car started, everything is almost there just found out why it was not starting i did not connect the damn ecu plug! arghhhhh :bash: . struggled for a week now trying to figure out what it was , recharging battery now so as it was almost kicking over it should hopefully now! :hmm: :)

Started new topic because i was'nt happy with last one as it was boring, well i decided to get myself a 4AGE sx Bigport. Got it off Ebay! paid $600 for motor and had heaps of parts missing so went to Just Toyota and lucky they had mostly everything i needed, but damn it's been hard tracking other parts down, So i spent alot more on the missing parts aswell got engine in after respraying engine bay , To let people know if you ever do clutch replacement to a fwd --take motor out because it makes things alot easier :wink: , trust me or you will struggle as i found out the hard way! or you could take off the whole front susspension & crossmember . Since last time i have replaced the whole exhaust with HKS headers and alot of other shit that has made me broke . thats enough for now will put up more info as i go , got lots more to do or i would like to do and show how the car started out. pics will be put up as soon as i finish and get car on road!! :wink:

has any person on the coast or brisbane got a 4age bigport 4sale need a complete motor with wiring loom and whatever else you may have for ae92 plz let me know.

like the 92 man i have one as well but it's the sedan, i think your car is looking good dig the rims and the dash cluster. :y: At the moment i'm bidding on ebay for a 4age 100kw motor only thing is it's in nsw. damn it's gonna cost shit loads to freight. :bash:

found a 4age 100kw motor on ebay , bid $350 it's in good condition with spare gearbox. hope i get it :bash:

Thanks man, the cannon was fitted by "ashmore exhaust" I should have asked them to tuck it more but i guess i was happy with it at the time. If you want a pair of clear lense lights i spotted a pair at JUST TOYOTA down Kamholtz drive nerang road.

Have had my rolla for a while now it is a cs ae92 1989 sedan 1600 16v twin cam ,done little bits 'n pieces to it like: Resprayed it Pearl blue mica, Monroe GT gas struts with super low king springs csa "16 mags with 205/45's drift air pod and intake pipe splitfire ignition leads and splitfire tripple platnium plugs fuel mieser ,elec fuel pump external. all the bearing's and rest of driveline is all new interior upgrade to sx. sx strut brace The car has been in three accidents and still all is good, Well besides that the car is back now and better than it was before. My next move on the modfication side of things is to get rid of my 4afe motor!

Hi names deano I own a 1989 cs ae92 sedan, 4afe I have had the car for three years now and over a year ago planted the 4afe in, only because it was in exellent condition, really wanted to get a 4age 100kw but @ the time none were availible. Want to change motor shortly, but need to make up my mind on what motor i want. A Black top 20v is in mind with a 6spd box or a 3sge. I know that the BT20v will fit staight in , But what else is required? and the 3sge would be a more desired transplant but not sure how hard it would be for that conversion? or what would it cost about?
