  1. The most addictive game on the internet, period. Plus, you drive a taxi, with is always fun. Miniclip - CAB DRIVER haha... postsecret's always entertaining. what about: www.fmylife.com always good for a laugh.
  2. Oh, no doubt. I was just mentioning specifically the iPhone's touch screen is the easiest one in the "touch screen" class to use, but only because it has such a large screen, hence things on screen can afford to be spaced out more & reducing errors. A always thought they were a touch overrated. A friend of mine rolled up to a phone shop and slapped down however much they cost these days (somewhere in the region of $800-ish), and now spends his time loading it up with useless applications, like the zippo lighter one (which is kinda cool, i will admit) where you can flick open the lid with your finger, strike the wheel and then blow the flame out by blowing into the speaker hole. Also, the flame moves when you tilt the phone left or right. Nifty, but dumb.
  3. on the topic of phones: touch screen phones. excuse the language... but f@$k, what's wrong with buttons? There's nothing wrong with buttons! Buttons are grouse! i've got one of those LG Viewty jobs, and i will admit that it ticks every other single box i have for a phone (apart from not holding enough messages...): really tops camera, bluetooth, hold the odd MP3 for ringtones, good internet for when i occasionally check my email on the go, lovely large & clear screen... but the touch functionality is pathetic, apart from the inclusion of 'haptics' (which is when you get tactile feedback when pressing the screen, on mine it's a slight vibration/buzz, mimicing the physical contact / feeling you'd get as if you were pressing a button) I will never, never buy another touch-screen phone again, the only half-way decent one is the iPhone, but that's only because it's got such a large surface area of screen to work with.
  4. that may be cool... but i see a distinct lack of steel braided hozez ulleh! your engine cannot be fast without steel braided hozez!
  5. hahahahahaha.. ahh, *wipes tear* things always go faster when they're red & have two stripes down the middle.
  6. This is going to be happening very soon on my AE71, so mad ++++ e-rep for writing this up, should prove beneficial when the time comes. Thanks again mate.
  7. bwahahahahahaha... +1 for penis in muffler jokes. Always a crowd pleaser.
  8. Seth Sentry - The Waitress Song. Such a great track. Listen to it here, i've played it over and over. www.youtube.com/watch?v=QaqEC_4qDo0 "this relationship is built on breakfast..."
  9. Haha wow man, i can't believe i missed this gem! Thats insane! You can't stick your dick into a Seca!!
  10. The engine number and chassis number, amongst other numbers & codes (like paint & trim colour), is stamped onto a relatively small metal plate and afixed in the engine bay, generally near the back of the engine on the firewall, closest to the cabin. It shouldn't be hidden, have a look under the bonnet and you should see what i mean.
  11. On one hand i'm questioning... Why on earth would you bother? But that's just me. And this is your project dude, and at the end of the day, if it makes you happy, then all the more power to you. It's only money after all, i know i'd rather personally spend it on something than sit on it. But that said, i do get the impression (i could be wrong) that you're going into this a bit half-cocked? How much research have you put into this project? Have you answered all your questions? Have you run the idea past someone who knows more than yourself in regards to this (no offence) to see if they've got questions / can forsee problems? But at the end of the day brother, go hard.
  12. gotta admit, not exactly to my taste mate, but i think that's just your chromies dragging you down. I love the colour purple though, especially when paired with black, looks the absolute tits. I'd do it for you in Photoshop, but i no longer have my dodgy cracked version, but if someone on here would be kind enough, photochop some black watanabe's on that bad boy. Would look gnarly with the purple paint. But good to see you're now returning to the land of the wheel-wise, haha. I wish you all the best of luck in your decision.
  13. got camber? lovely mate. The dump tip looks the tits. Although i'm not too sure about the purple? haha.. but it does grab your attention. haha, echo your thoughts on the "cheap" original thought... they never end up being anywhere near, do they? always something to add, never finished.
  14. this. thread. is. great.
  15. too right. such an under-looked car these days, but that can often work in your advantage, especially if you're using such thing as eBay. lesser sought after = lesser searches = lesser prices.
  16. Ermington, as in 2115 Ermington? I'm in W. Ryde dude, down the street! Love the KE55 you're working on man. best of luck with it, if i see you in my soon to be drivable (fingers crossed) AE71 i'll be sure to beep. (you'll know it when you see it... more primer than paint as i'm trying to foster a "shitbox" image so my 4AGZE engine goes unnoticed by the boys in blue, whilst i'm still representin' the red P's. :P)
  17. Got to admit, i was having a grand ol' stroll through the toyota section one morn, stumbled across a soarer (or maybe it was a cressie...?) that had been in some sort of fire... Fire had somehow gone from the engine into the cabin... Man, the inside of that thing looked like a Salvador Dali painting, all drooping all over the place. Smelt terrible. Was quite surreal. Also found a red Echo that had been butchered for a back-end halfcut, and had been involved in some kind of heavy-impact smash to the drivers door... The chassis was punched in that far the seat was basically squished in half, you could only just get over half an arse cheek onto the seat, and the roof line was directly above your head. Was a bit unnerving to sit in it and survey the damage and realise you were sitting where someone might have died. Or at the very least, had incredibly severe trauma to the right legs, knees, hips... possibly even turned a normal person into a paraplegic. On a lighter note though, i refuse to pay for things like globes & badges. :P
  18. Wow, missed the boat on this one by a long shot, bummer. Bit of a new guy on here, signed up to mostly buy parts, but it would be good to meet some of you in person. When i finally get my AE71 build at least into a drivable state, i'll come for sure!
