  1. Boost or are you taking it to Shane?
  2. Selling my bluebird. Make me an offer if your interested. http://launceston.gumtree.com.au/c-Cars-Vehicles-Motorbikes-Parts-cars-Datsun-Bluebird-Turbo-Grandpa-Spec-W0QQAdIdZ337013863
  3. Hey man. found a vid of mine a few years back with the aspo 13bbp, loud c**t of a thing it was. got over it very quickly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wj39byzPjS0 and now with the bpt. lots more fun. you know you want to  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wv6lm_UYA-4&feature=related
  4. na no other pics sorry. it's an a.s.k. engineering airbox for an ida. he used to make bits and pieces for rotaries, search him on ausrotay and you should be able to find more info. you could make one fairly easily just use the bottom of the k&n filter as a template and make an alloy box with a couple of 3'' holes for air feed.
  5. one of these will help with your noise problems. http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=GRT-TBO-055&Category_Code=GTB as for the induction noise have a read of this thread http://www.ausrotary.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=196196&hilit=cold+air+induction I Had an aspirated 13bbp with 51ida in mine before i went turbo. i ran the big k&n filter and it was pretty noisy so i tried an a.s.k. airbox with finer filter socks on the trumpets and it made it run like shit. tried it with and without the socks and it came down to the socks being the problem. personaly i'd mod an airbox and run a k&n or simila filter and give it a feed from the cowl and front. this is my old setup with the airbox and cold feeds. It still had huge induction noise though.
  6. techno don't make them to suit ke30-55. I told them what year and model my car was and the ones they sent didn't fit, i gave them the hole centers of the ke30-55 struts and they say don't make anything that size. they might be cheaper but will have to wait and see. will keep you posted.
  7. Wasn't sure where to put this but i will be getting some bump steer eliminators machined up for my ke55 because knowone seems to make them for ke30-55. just wondering if anyone would be keen on a set because it will be easy to make an extra 5-10 extra sets. they will be made out of aluminium and be about 35mm thick and will come with h/t bolts and spring washers. cost will be around $100 a set.
  8. Ha ha thanks mate. yeah i remember you. Never ended up taking you for that spin did i. next time your down give me a buzz and i'll get i'll take you for a lap, think Dan might have my number.
  9. I always run mine at 200:1 so 100ml to every 20 liters and i use stihl 2 stroke which is made by castrol and is designed for high reving two strokes. it burns realy clean and my car doesn't smoke at all and it's about $40 for 4 liters. i used to run castrol r30 which is a castor based oil which smells nice but seems to carbon everything up and it's about 20 per liter so doesn't last long.
  10. bit to cold this time of year. think i'll wait till it warms up a bit so the tracks a bit stickier.
  11. thats a bad idea. if your filling the gap between the bonnet and boot bracing don't put weight on the skin to close the gap between the two. it will be all warped and f@$ked once dry.
  12. just don't put a rear sway bar on. they tend to make the understeer badly.
  13. it's in the middle of the pack and it was done by a suspension joint.
