actually sam i don't have any of the bits to put my 20v in my ae86 thats why it still sits on the engine stand. so pretty soon i will be getting clutch line, and water/cooling joints off you.

thank you for that information sam and yes certainly plan to get the head ported and polished. will not be running carbs on the 20v thats kind of a step back from quad throttle bodies. they are just gonna go on my crappy escort 1.6 litre until i step it up a notch with some 99 R1 Mikuni Flatslides on a 16v 4age.

ok just realised this wont be possible on a non cross flow engine as its too close to exhaust. might have to chuck em on my 1.6 escort until i get a 4age and some proper r1 carbs.

so i scored a set of these 4 Keihin carbs for the sweet sweet price of $0.00, THANKS DAD!!! unfortunately they are not FCR but CV-K's off an 85 GPZ900 thinking about ghetto rigging them up to my 4ac for a bit of a learning process/free powaaz. any thoughts?

Yes you're right.. its a VH Pacer Replica. Full RT Interior very lumpy 265 Hemi 4 Barrel Carb Aunger (jelly beans) with red wall tyres. And if you have 12k its all yours.

ahhh sam q you are just the man whose input i needed in my build thread. you know practically everything worth knowing about 20v 4ages. couple of things id like to know about the Silver Tops. 1.what is the stock head gasket width of an AE101 4AGE? 2.what is the stock cam duration and lift? and secondly with the following specs, do you think 100rwkw is a realistic power figure on a not so number happy dyno? 0.8mm TRD head gasket TRD Copy extractors mild port and polish ecu and a good tune.

i will be happy with 100rwkw. which i don't see as unrealistic with a nice tune, extractors and raised comp (from thinner headgasket) if i was putting in some bigger cams i would go toda so i can still retain the VVTI, and not too large something like 264 or 272 with 9mm lift, would get a mild port and polish and a valve job too. with these mods i would be expecting about 110-115rwkw. which is plenty. a corolla is never going to be fast in a straight line but the way i see it is straight line speed is for people who can't drive.
