    Its one of those jobs that you do, get frustrated with, get pissed off, then finish. Then realise you forgot something, redo it, get pissed off, and its done. Then every time after its piss easy. I did it without a manual or help the first time. About 2 hours for one side. Can now do it in under 20 mins. :y:

    A little bit on start up. I usually put in whatever is on special (castrol) as my engine in fast approaching 680,000k's and it prob doesn't matter. EDIT: sorry for the hijack Hingwaah, easier for whoever needs this info instead of starting new threads.
