Holy shit whoever photoshopped that image did a SHIT job.
EDIT: I got aftermarket tail lights and the seals were shithouse. Actually the whole lights were shithouse.
I'm a Kiwi and I've seen clark rubber there. Scratch that its called Para Rubber. Same outfit though. http://www.pararubber.co.nz/
Its like a 10mm by 10mm wide strip with an adhesive backing on one side. Spongy foamy stuff.
I'm too hung over to unbolt a tail light to take a photo. :no2:
I bought some foamy sticky seal strips from Clark Rubber to seal it all up, but to be honest I only bought enough to do one light....
FML. Should really do the other one,
I saw a thing on the "news" probably those everything is terrible try hard "news"shows.
Some chick lost her iPhone,
She had an app to track it online. tracked it to a taxi drivers house.
He denied it and they recorded him freaking out and rushing back to the depot to put it back in the Taxi.
So freakin funny
What do you mean common.
Common standard wheels from other cars?
Common wheels other KE70 owners use?
You can make ANY wheel fit.<
What size are you after?
What style?<
Info bro, give us some and you may get some help.
Nice ride bro didn't realise you were on the sunny coast think I saw you down Steve Irwin a week or so ago.
I think we both drove past staring at each others cars :lolcry:
I was having a smoke in my garage checking out my car (as you do), and I was looking at the eyesore that is the fuel filler cap/lid.
I was thinking its full of bog and rust and I'm gonna need to cut it out and do some major welding at some stage.
Then I thought, why not get rid of it.
My questions/ thoughts :
Would moving it be something that would need to be inspected or signed off on for some reason?
What do you guys think of utilising the C pillar vents to hide a filler cap?
It may require some fancy welding and possibly something inside the cabin by the parcel shelf to cover it..
Also has anyone utilised the vents for this purpose? I couldn't find/haven't seen anything.
I'd rather be able to fill it from the exterior.
Idea's?
This is purely a thought exercise ATM but also something I would like to seriously consider down the track.
But I'd also like to get some opinions before I get serious about it.
Cheers guys
