he sold the fiat, and i think I saw it raced over the mainland on tv, he has had his supra running for a year now, its bloody quick, having a nascar motor and all, canes down the straight, but our rx7 is a bit more agile around the corners :y: being a 750kg car with perfect weight balance and wide wheels, another rx7 has been built with a rotor 3 engine it in, it sounds like a ferrari :P the sports sedans are comin back though, there is us, bell with his capri, gary cannon, the new rx7, scott calvet, a porche, and 200sx, and a few others and I'm amazed how many people my dad knows :), its crazy there's nothing more beautiful than seeing/hearing a full field of sport sedans :)

the dude who had was just happy it was going to a good cause "Upgrading my Corolla" :y: what I'll do is, I'll look at one bit of my corolla, and then look at the same bit on the one I just bought, and if its better, I swap 'em I gotta get it out of our truck though, and with its skinny stock wheels and skinny wheel ramps its kinda tricky, considering the truck is a metre off the ground :P I managed to get it in, so i should get it out :)

i might come up to the hillclimb with my dad in my rolla, depends if I'm working :) onc I'm fully done with modifying my rolla it'll go in the hillclimbs :P and believe tony :) it can do 1minute5's, cos my mate leigh forest has even done 4's in it :) too bad my dads rx7 does 56secs hahaha :) leigh forest is the fella who races the yellow just jap celica, and the fella who owns Just Jap, Kevin Howlett, is the one who built the car :) its called knowing people :y: my dads mate lives up where it was for sale and told us :)

yeah tell me about it, tony and his bloody videos :) and jamesrolla, i admit it looks tough and has had a lot of things done to it, but if you knew what it was like when my dad owned it then you'd agree with me, thats its too much for what it is, and about a year ago my dad had a test drive of it and we nearly ended up buying it, but the thing was one cranky car, and the engine just cut out on him and he had to push it about 3 kilometers down the road, and the windscreen was popping out and the door kicks were falling off, very tatty :) but anyway I will see if I can make it to symmons :) ps- I like baskerville better though :P they are planning on extending the track too which is good :), too bad Baskerville is as rough as guts!! BTW- I live in lauderdale too :y: I just collected my other ke10 I bought today and I will take pics of it and what I plan to do with it, it seems to have a good steering box, boot, diff, metal door seals, side corolla badges, and surprisingly a very clean 3k, with a bosch GT40 coil :) all for $200 :)

looks good, gl with it :) id say get a turbo 5k, free power :) plus when people ask what kind of engine it has and they don't know much about different names of engines then if you say it has a 4agze they would be like :y: but if you say it's been turbo'd then everyone will know what that is and they'll be like :P but we know what they are so do what you think is best/easiest/coolest :) pity about the wheels though

its still better though, at least it has a personality to it :P

why not call a current affair? Even if they are biased pricks and they really only do it for the ratings they still do help, if they take it to tv, people are gonna know, and support you, and that will put the council under pressure, and force them to take action before people start rioting, you are dealing with people who only give a shit about themselves, and if someone else does something they don't like they go and bitch to someone about it, so get the other side to join you, people who bitch to support the innocent, ie you :P

really? :P mmm my ke10 came with the grille I have on it now, and thats a 1969 model, and ive just recently bought a stock 1967 ke10 model and that had the same grille as well, I just always thought that the grilles with the toyota badge in the centre came off ke15's and ke18's, and ke18's had the grill where the spokes were set apart more (thats the one I'm after) i type in "corolla ke15" in google images and all the ke15's that show up all have that grille, so did they use the same grille for the ke15 as the early ke10's?

mate of mine has a 7k in a ke20, it uses the same engine mounts as a 5k he runs and owns his very own Japanese modification place and he did it himself, so he knows what he's talking about :P he didnt have any problems swaping the engines over, but this was a ke20, not a ke10, if that even matters

i asked my dad and he said that it "possibly" could reach up to those revs, but you wouldnt want to do it for long or you'll end up with a blown up engine, he says that you really wouldnt wanna go much higher than 8000 in it, but hey, wanna hear high revs, my dad's rx7 reaches 13,000revs, hahaha :P

looks good :P why is it that nearly everyone on rollaclub with ke10's have the ke15 grille's on them, where do you get them from, i want one! :y: BTW i still havent gotten around to get pics of my struts yet, but as soon as i get the chance i'll take the pics and post em up :)

yeah, i'll think you'll find the blue one used to be my dads and the white ones is owned by a mate just down the street from my house :) the blue one is now a light lime green colour and is currently for sale down here, it has a fully worked 3k with twin 45DCOE webers, the white one has a 2litre twin cam fuel injected engine with all the works, when I get to fully modifying my car, it would outrun the blue one, gaurenteed my car, and the two cars you have just said, are all in the same neighborhood :P and madrolla68, i wouldnt know if thye would go on your setup, but to get one just go to wreckers or repco or a nissan dealer should be able to hook one up for ya :y:, but I'm pretty sure mine is off a datsun 180b so you might find one at the wreckers, or get a new one

wow :P thats damn nice, I always like ke10 owners who have owned their car longer than ive lived cause they always end up lookin like that!! :y: geez, it almost wants me to just rip out the 5k i have in my ke10 and shuv the 1.3L 320hp rotary engine and hewland trans we have sitting in a box in the shed, then I can get away with putting an exhaust like the one you have on it :P nice colour too!! I'm still deciding what colour i should respray my ke10 when i get around to that :wink:

SOT sucks unless you cough up big bucks when i went over to the mainland i didnt wnat to spend a whole lotta money on a boat, so we payed the lowest to get on and they give you hard as aeroplane seats to sleep in, and i was like "F**K THIS" so i went to sleep on the restuarant couch, hahaha the old SOT used to be better, cos it had an arcade :y: it had everything, air hockey, pinball machines, daytona 500, space invaders :P, had a night club, a cinema, but now we just have a few boring boats with a few little tv's here and there with no volume :P

in america you can get almost anything registered but in australia, especially tasmania, the word "modified" does not go down well meet up, sounds good :y: I'm working this weekend and I go back to school on the 8th, so me not coming might be a possibility, cos I'll be at school on weekdays, and working on weekends... :P
