What Is It About My Car....

Once again, my car has been vandalised, this time it isn't as bad as the dinner plate episode, but some numbnuts dickhead keyed my car :D - I'll take pics tomorrow and post them up...

 

Happened in the middle of the day (on Wednesday this week), but there were no witnesses. Luckily it was only the back door - the shits also managed to rip my spider sticker! - it's going to cost inexcess of $600 to repair, and RIGHT before Toyoshow, at least I should be able to get it fixed before then, I managed to ask nicely and they said they should be able to fit me in the week after next.

 

So now every panel except the passenger side front and rear door, the front left 1/4 pane, the roof have been resprayed :)

 

Not a happy camper :D

what annoys me the MOST is that it was parked out the front of my shop! Almost everyone in the area knows it's mine, which means someone is pissed at me, or who ever did it isn't from the area. What's more, it happened at 3.30 IN THE AFTERNOON!!!

 

Plus it was only parked there for about an hour!!

 

Have to tell the local lads and see if they can find out whodunnit and have a "chat" with them.....

Lesley, maybe you should buy yourself a cheap shitbox to drive to work and everywhere else and leave the Sportivo at home.

 

Would make more sense to do that so you don't have to fork out money because of pricks that can't keep their hands to themselves.

I've done 30,000klms in my car in the last year, I LOVE driving it, listening to my music LOUD and zoom zoom pssshhhtttting. What can I say, I'd die a little if I couldn't drive my car every day.

 

Luckily I've got a Lifetime Rating 1, so no matter how many claims I make (this one will be my 4th in the last year) my premium won't go up and I won't get penalised.

Haha, no, what I meant was have a shitbox to drive to work and back in and drive the sportivo if you know you're not going to leave it unattended anywhere.

oh, that kind of doesn't quite work, I work about 2 minutes from home (we own a shop) and the car is known far and wide as my car and is parked right across the road from work. I usually go to town (shopping for parts) and then when I come back it's parked directly in front of the shop until I go home.

 

The other vandal attack happened at home, parked across the road from my house :y:
