February 25, 200719 yr comment_165450 I'm needing to know the correct silver colour to repaint my ke20 light surrounds on the front and rear. they need to match the grill, bonnet strip and the lower valance thingy. I tried "inca" silver but it looks too bluish. cheers, Jon Report
February 25, 200719 yr comment_165455 I've always colour coded mine, and they haven't looked that bad. Can't help with the silver unfortunately.... :) Report
February 25, 200719 yr comment_165494 ditto to the above but painted white. Paint them all the same silver n(the original would have faded heaps or get a decent painter to colour match the original stuff. Report
February 25, 200719 yr comment_165520 Paint it allllllllllllll black. Even ya bonnet vents. Looks "hawt as" on my 25 :) Report
February 25, 200719 yr Author comment_165559 i've seen black done a few times, but i would like mine to loook original. Raven, did you use a satin or matt finish for yours? Report

February 28, 200719 yr comment_165966 The surrounds are so tacky on the ke2x cars. Color coding them like Redwarf has done looks best. Toyota got a bit carried away with the ugly stick in the 70's. :P Report
March 1, 200719 yr Author comment_166026 its cool, i got the cans made up so i'll give the bonnet strip, lower valance and the light surrounds a freshen up to make it look new again. i don't mind colour coding but only on hot colours, my colour is a bit too granny spec to start colour coding stuff. i'll take some pics when i'm done.
