Yeah going from hot to cold and back again can bring on a cold. Just like the weather itself can do the same thing and bring on a cold.

 

 

But talking about the weather, went into work today feeling a bit under it and got pulled aside by my supervisor who told me that the boss has been told that i tend to wander off and can't be found for ages, i'm hardly ever around when there's work to be done, i'm really really slow at doing my job of picking orders, i'm never organized in picking the orders, most times the orders have to be corrected.

Stood there for a bit talking to my supervisor about it and he reckoned it was total crap and told me just keep doing what i'm doing but just make sure i keep my nose clean mainly around the guy who said the crap cause he's just trying to cover his arse with the phucking around he does all day.

What tends to grind the gears a bit is that this guy is a supposed christian and yet if you ask him about doing something (eg - taking the delivery truck out for a drop off) he'll stand there and argue with you about it, if he phucks an order up its your fault so you fix it, he'll stand in your road and/or try and block you, orders everybody around including the supervisor and the one that tends to really top it off is that if your kneeling on the ground or sitting on the ground doing something he'll walk past on purpose and fart in your face.

But while the boss is around he's all chummy chummy with who ever is near by

And yet he's a supposed christian :lolcry:

 

In a way, can't blame him cause we're all a little scared of whats happening with the employment situation and losing our jobs but i don't really truly believe there's any need for phuckin back stabbing and lies just to make one's self look better to someone else who can do the right job the first time around without the bitching, arguing, phuck ups etc etc

We have the same sorta "christian" at work. So hypocritical.

 

Complained to the boss that the guys in the back workshop (where the CNC machine he operates is) as they were using solvents to clean parts and the fumes were coming over. So now the guys have to use the solvents outside. BUT whenever he needs to clean something, out with the solvents...INSIDE.

 

Will "shun" you if do something wrong or say something bad about the almighty.

 

Also you have to let him know when your using the drop saw, so he can put on his ear muffs (or he gets cranky)

 

Last but certainly not least, he seems to think that some of the machines at work belong to HIM. You go to take a tool bit out of a lathe and he'll come running over and tell you not to because you'll loose the packing for it and it will take all eternity to get it to center height again. Also has no problem coming into our department to do a job on a machine then re organise half the workshop so he can have a fan facing him and the like.

 

Not baggin out religious people, some of the best people i know are religious. Just that some are really hypocritical.

Mate, that sounds so much like ol' "Dig-It" Dave at work its not funny.....

Thinks he knows this that and everything in-between and therefore he's correct on everything and you can't tell him differently...

Man, i'm over it. I've worked with difficult work mates before but not ones that'll back stab or place their faults and phuck ups on other people. Gives me all the more reason to start my own little business to get away from these clowns

I could go on for ages about the shit he does.

 

Will shut down his CNC that makes bolts for suspension. come into our department (or any other for that matter) work there for a few days. Let the CNC work build up a bit then do it all as over time.

 

I mean, there are people getting sacked because theres not enough work. (Kenworth recently sacked 2,000+ people through not selling trucks = Not as many springs being ordered) Yet this guy takes other peoples work and does the stuff hes meant to do anyway as overtime.

I use to work with a "christian", or so she told us she was. She only became a christian to hook up with churchie guys. Apart from listening to christian music and having to have certain nights off work to go to church, she was no christian. She would bitch, moan, swear and even belch.

I know a hardcore Christan (church every sunday prays before meals ect )who breakes up peoples marriages, says a little prey and thinks shes good for the rest of eternity, also shes a complete slag to my brother and sister. Still amazes me we have religion at all in a 'advanced society' and yes I'm bagging out all religion.
