Hi Everyone,

 

was sent a link to the forum from a friend and thought i'd sign up, say hello and post up my ride.

 

Below is where the car stands today..... it appears that the dyno operator backed off since there was a good 20km/h left in 4th and thoughts are it would have cracked 250kw (337HP) maybe 255kw (344HP) @ wheels but because this was in a dyno comp and that was my 2nd run i couldnt get any more runs :) oh well .... its only a figure .... lol

 

i'll post up some pics on how the ride came together at a more sane time of the day. lol

had to re-design the cooler part way through the project

 

 

back to stealth mode ..... damn that blue hose ..... need black silicon for that hose .... lol ....

 

 

now added to the garage ..... lol .... more parts and junk ..... now to see if they fit without any width/height issues

I started off thinking "Another tool who's thrown something together from 100 yards, and now waiting for it to go bang." But am now very pleasantly surprised.

Hi mate, love your car mate its quality all the way . I was at that photo shoot recently at rose hill with my Ke30 corolla, i wanted to have a closer look at your ride as sleepers get me excited but didn't get a chance to come say hi. |blink| I was also at toy mods show a few months back were i first saw your car . What turbo are you running as it looks similar to my GT28/71R ? If your keen to come to this upcoming cruze ive organised to terrigal on march 9th, it would be great to have you there . ;)

Like the work. Can I ask who does your nickel/chrome plating on your exhaust mani? And please don't say chrome in a can did it..LOL

 

Also with the heat shielding DON'T if it is the real shit breath the dust that is inside it when you cut it up..LOL It is asbestos in the real shit just don't want to see you fall over dead young when you have this to enjoy..LOL
