then you don't want to get old and have problems chewing/swallowing your food as you'll be on one again :hmm: (just think minced meat, 3 veg with gravy, twice daily, 7 days a week, until you kick the bucket)

at the moment i can do whatever the hell i want except for eat proper food so recovery is going well i guess :D

here's a tip, hot weather, no solid food ...BOOST JUICE :D or slushies, or ice cream or jelly!!!!
