hey people this is the work me and justin and another mate started doing to the car on the day it ran out of rego which was the 13th so this is before he started adding his panels from the white one to the pearl

bascially we said to put the white one in front of the pearl so he took it for its last strap around the block parked it up and started working on the interior

so dash and everything but the door cards and front seats and steering wheel was removed

me and justin worked on the dash our other mate worked on rear seats and seat belts

while all this was happening we had so beats going and we made some quite good progress lol

Passenger side engine mount is miles away :( and the motor is pretty much sitting where it should be

There was someone on ae86 dc making custom mounts to bolt sr20 (pretty sure had ca) engine onto A series xmembers also had gearbox mounts as well sold them for $250 for a set then makes it easier cause you can use the sr/ca gearbox or rb gearbox I think was the one they used cause its shorter.

i heard a rumour once that it was "rb20 engine mounts" with a k series cross member allows you to bolt the CA in.

unconfirmed.

either way, its pretty damn close, find someone with a few bits of steel and a welder.

or figure out what you need to be done to that engine mount, draw up a little diagram, take it to a fabricator and get them to weld it up.

if you want something welded lemme know, I got a mig and a inverter Arc/TIG welder lol

Edit: did I mention I work for beer?

This thing is coming along really slowly, it'll be putting a diff back into it soon enough so i can roll it back into the yard and get the council off my ass about the car body's on the footpath :P ,

I'm looking at putting either a ducktail boot spoiler, or a lip spoiler onto it and a roof lip spoiler cause i think they look shit hot on silvia's so why can't they look just as shit hot on a keto???,

I just need to find something that will go with the box shape, i'm thinking trd ducktail and maybe trying to modify a silvia roof lip spoiler to suit the ke!
