Productive day today.

 

Gary the panel beater came and beat the dent out of my tailgate. going to take very little to get it shmick now :D

 

With the help of Luc, All of the bolt on panels were prep'd for priming.

 

I managed to prime the drivers front 1/4, bonnet (inside and out), both the rear doors and the passenger rear window.

 

Only got home about 20mins ago, so it was a bit of a late one. But not to worry, we have progress :D

if you don't mind me asking, how much did he charge you to beat out the tailgate dent?(pm me if you want)

 

i have a small dent in mine from some inconsiderate driver and its the only external imperfection on the car, need it gone!

Panel Beaters generally work for around $30/hr.

 

Said panel beater got out of it long ago and not really interested in it any more. This was done as a helping hand thru a good mate.

You should try a group buy so long as it is allowed. The only other ones I found were around $240 delivered and they didn't go so far under the car.
