ok so the bolt on ones are fine as mentioned, i got quoted about 400 for a full set. your original wheels were probably 13x5 with 70 profiles or something similar, so the 15's with low profile 50 rubber or around that combination will be the same size as your original wheels.

only thing to watch is as rim size goes up so can the width in some cases, so as long as the wheel is going to fit nicely under the guard and has the correct offset for its width it will all work.

if it is only just rubbing you can roll the guards all round for 50 a corner.

try google hyundai elantra pcd offset etc to find more info

considering excels use rwd offset, elantras may also use rwd offset. worth a try

floating wheel spacers are illegal because they are unsafe. bolt on wheel spacers are legal with an engineering certificate

you also need to have the change in wheel track within legal limits, and wheels within legal size, etc

excels have the exact same offset as rt104 coronas, as listed in the performance wheels application guide. you can put sigma 14s on an excel with no fouling (and it looks very funny)

but as you know, brakes and other things come into it, so i wouldn't say EVERY wheel would fit, but most probably would
