mlaser
Got a ke25 that I'm putting a 4agte into, it's currently got a 120y diff which handled a 3tgte but i'll be pumping around 250hp at the wheels hopefull and don't think the diff will last. Anyone know what is a good diff conversion for these. all help appreciated. cheers

NickAE86
Can you use anything other than Hilux? 80kg is a shiteload for a ke25. On the upside at least it wouldn't break that easy :ninja:
Redwarf
Cut down a h190 nissan diff. Lotsa good ratios, LSD's and very strong. Or Mazda E-series van..... 240hp at the wheels? Thats 320hp at the fly.... Good luck.
