Well cleaning around and I found a few things. Well soft drinks. Does anyone think these would be worth anything now or in the future...

 

First item is from 1999 but is the 2000 Sydney Olympic Coke Bottle in 390ml. Sadly since its in plastic the bottle has sucked in a bit.

Second item is "NEW Diet Vanilla Coke" in 600ml when it first came out in 2003. It too has been sucked in...

Third item is "NEW Cherry Coke" in 600ml from 2003. Its a flavour thats not in production any more. It too is sucked in...

Last item is the 2008 Beijing Coke Bottle in glass...

 

So just keen on everones opinion. Would these be worth anything or should I just chuck them and make space?

You should get that framed. Be worth it in the long run :lolcry: . Nothing like cars for sale in the newspaper, then framed and hung on the wall :lolcry: .

As for the coke bottles its amazing what happens over time.

Yeah it must have something to do with the gases or plastic. They are pretty clear now and they don't fizz if you shake them.

Where in the name of all things unhygienic did you have 10 year old bottles of coke stashed?

I cleaned out my room a few years back and boxed them with my old model cars in the garage. Now I'm needing to make space in the garage and am junking most like the model cars.

I did the same at work, I bought 10 cartons all up.

Man that cherry coke was so good, I want some right now. Wonder what it would taste like after 6 years...

The carbon dioxide leaches out through the plastic, and thus the volume decreases and the sides of the bottle crumple to even it out again. If you did ever open them, they'd be flat as a tack.

can still buy cherry coke at blockbuster video at browns plains, they got doctor pepper and cherry 7-up aswell as some other weird yanky junk food.

Guh... Cherry coke tastes like cough medicine. Dr. Pepper is even worse... Its like Cherry coke with carbonated fart.

So now its real flat :lolcry:
