See what my brain fart turned into man, that front bar looks like it was supposed to be there lol.

Looks a bit strange side on, need to twist it up a bit but it's hugging the front valance pretty tight. Might need to break out the hammer again.

 

Makes those aircraft carrier plastic front bars look ghey az.

Yeah thats coz the standard e7 bumpers are gayer than aids it's self, Nah man it looks good how it sits on the car it just needs to be shaped to suit

I'll try and twist it at work tomorrow to line it up.

So I was trying to service the indicators in the bar I got as they didn't work, got pissed off as they just wouldn't work, too far gone. And they have the park light in them too.

 

I thought screw this, I'll make my original e7 ones fit.

 

So out came the angle grinder.

Cut the brackets leaving the original holes (where the old lenses screwed in), then drilled the holes out out to 4mm.

 

 

Cut off some plastic bits in the way and drilled the lens cover holes all the way through, 4mm.

 

 

Bought some 65mm M4 bolts, pushed them through and into the holes in the bumper (brackets were about 5mm too far apart so just tweaked them by hand).

 

 

And the end result. If you didn't know you wouldn't even realise they weren't made for it. A bit too narrow but meh.

 

I love rolla's, this took me an hour and 5 dollars.

 

Chrome rear bar ordered. Doubt it will be here in time for the cruise. Damn it.

I can't wait to see it with the rear bar, it will really balance the car out nicely. So tough but so clean, this is unique in its own right. Keep the progress coming.

Wait until you see the mags I may possibly have lined up.

 

Chrome bar and wheels will go on at the same time.

yea reed man i agree with what tazrolla said you have taken it from a standard corolla to something awsome with all the small mods that you have done to this car can't wait to see this on saturday aye

btw the chrome 55 bar just suits that car with that paint really sets it off

don't get a huge COME GET ME MR OFFICER sticker on your car man. Just a small one about 100mm long and about 25mm high
