benhachi Posted February 22, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 22, 2013 Ok so ive had my hands FULL over the last month with the KE25 The engine is fully rebuilt and while the engine was out i painted the bay.. while i did that i thought may aswell paint the rest of the car.. while i did that i thought i may aswell get new roof lining and a dash pad while the windscreen was out.. basically a full Bare metal respray!!! I'm happy with how the taillight surrounds and the grill turned out :) Not to mention how straight we got the car, although it was a good base! Sent the master cylinder off to get re sleeved, auto electrician comes monday and then ill be sailing down the road to give her a full tank of premium :) Â Â The paint completely came off with 1 pass of paint stripper!! Must have been the Original paint job. benhachi Posted April 4, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 4, 2013 Yeah they were apparently the buyer was stuffing him around.. so i just went and grabbed them yesterday. I'm thinking of just doing chopped springs in it, Should gain a bit of camber with a 2-3 inch drop in the front i don't want anything ridiculous as this is my daily.
