Yeah I'm planning to do this to the KE55. Number plate illumination lights! They're the ones, do I have to have them? LOL, yeah I'll try stick away from pedestrians, wonder why that is?

Thanks

Yes you need to have the number plate illumination lights. Whats the reason for doing away with the bumpers? All early Corolla's look really silly without bumpers. The metalwork behind the bumper is a bit messy. Its got spot welds and two holes where the bumber brackets bolt up.

If you plan to remove the front bumper, you will obviously need to make brackets to mount the indicators.

Na I've got the design sorted for the stock ones. Hope it's legal. Up next to the headlights, turn them sideways and attach them like that. OR if that fails, down at the bottom in the front 'panel' put some circle hole grille and mount them through that. I can't explain things well :D lol.

Thanks

This is how I mounted the front indicators/park lights. Just chopped and re welded the brackets...
