Fortunately my daily is now a 83 celica (ta63), i also did the front end conversion for goodness :)

 

your plan is exactly how i would be doing it too. I'm on northside brisbane near aspley, but usually do work on my car at my parents at Morayfield.

If you're free, on Monday night July 25 is a JDMST meet up at Carseldine, all jap rides at the woolworths/nandos. 7:30pm.

rust is now all cut out and plated with fresh steel

wheels are built for the rear ,off at powdercoating atm but will be assembled then tyred so rear flares can be finalised

car should hopefully be painted within the month then a few mechanical repairs ,rwc and rego,hopefully
