hay guys I'm with commonhoreslayer trying to find out why he got no spark and wire up a fuel pump we been searching for about an hour for a diagram

 

for a 16v jdm ae86bigport wiring diagram but not winning need helps now

hhaha cheers mate

 

we only managed to plumb up the vl fuel pump couldnt figure out were to wire it into the loom ran out of time tonight

 

we were going to justt hook it up to and acc but don't no if that will work seing as it is efi don't know much about ecu n shit

 

so we didnt do that plus the wiring is a f@$king mess :bash: not everything is the original colours and stufff ahh so confusing

well of to commonhoreslayers place in an hour to work on the ksev try find the no spark issue any body got any hints tips ect we shold know :happy:

well we tried again tonight

 

we did the test for no spark as the diagnosis manual said

 

it was all good untill we were behind the ecu we had to test the wires for the ignitor we didnt even get a reading

 

it said to do it while cranking but we got nothing :( and then started to follow those 2 wires but ran out of time

 

lol it has till monday then it of to the auto sparky lol

Think i had a similar problem when hooking up the wiring on my car. near the coil/dizy plugs on my loom was a single black plug that needed to be powered up..good luck

yes there is a black plug dangling on its own in the lonesome were does it

 

gonna have anothere crack at it tonight

 

 

so yeah power at coil no power from coil to dizzy power at igniter/module

 

igniter to ecu no voltage at all

 

cranks and everything hope some one can help

 

 

 

but i repeat we have that little black plug not conected to anything what could it be guys

Sounds like the ecu isnt getting power or the earth isnt decent.

 

Only like 5 wires need to be hooked up when doing the conversion into KE70

To me it looks like the one that connects to the oil pressure sensor. Its located on the left of the extractors by the oil filter.

How can u tell if u have a dead engine revolution sensor in the dizzy?

 

how much should we be reading on a multimeter from the 3 wires to the ecu G1, Ne and G-

Hay there is a ground cable that was conected to the body near the fuel lines near the bell housing. Buut not conected to anything then there is another one on the gear box that isnt connected to anything thoughts guys
