Just use spacers if it's only $20 a pair, the wheels are epic, and the moar lock the moar you will be winning! :)

I have ordered some spacers from ebay (6mm $32) will at least see how they look on the car. I would still prefer doing something with the caster rod but it may just be too expensive.

Why do you need so much lock? Is your car gonna be on that much of an angle it is going to be necessary?

Actually giving the car some extra toe out lets it clear, trick might come in handy for rego...

Alternatively extra toe in will stop rear of tyre touching the body.

You try it with the wheels on the ground?

No I have't put full weight on the front yet, not sure how much it will drop with the 7.5kg springs

Well drop it down and recheck as the geometry will change.
