Anyone got stub axle measurements on AE86 and XT130 Coronas?

They aren't symetrical

They're 98mm x 103mm x 108mm

I like to measure haha

so i need coilovers, some AE86 hubs ae86 brakes.

what are rca's rear control arms???

Roll centre adjusters.

 

When you lower your car the lower control arms and your tie rods go level instead of being angled down, this causes it to bump steer.

 

So RCA's are blocks that bolt between the struts and steering knuckle to push them back down and correct it

true well i might be buying some ae86 coil overs on sat so ill see how that goes.

There are 3 different spacings. Only found out when I went to buy camber tops from T3.

Just after more info on what needs doing to the rear end? I'm looking at buying bc racing coil overs for my ke70 and wanted them all round?

If you want to put rear coil overs in you will need to weld in some form of supports to the top of the shock mount other wise you will hit a bump and they will punch through it and fly out the rear window.

 

Unless you get the perch mounted adjustables with shocks to suit.

so what springs and shockys should i get for the rear i hear kings springs suck any suggestions?

Custom! or AJPS motorsport springs are the easy option

Koni shocks are good, I'm running Celica ST front ultra lows in the rear of my 70.

Can get kings/ lovell's/ pedders etc custom made, just chuck 'em the specs you want and they'll make you a set

So could I just get say a 3mm plate welded up in the shock mount hole ? Or does in need to be in the boot side? What's the best wy to do it?

you'll need more than that. That hole was designed to take basically no weight.

You want support the whole car with that + the bumps and jumps that you encounter on the road/track.
