3SGTE with some wicked turbo

W58 box

TRD LSD (cos they're ramp-up style)

Sports Exhaust

Brake upgrade

Half cage

Set it up to handle

Slap some expensive rubber on some expensive rims

Paint it nicely (havent decided on colour)

 

Then go blow everyone away on the street and turn lots of heads:)

if where talking about corollas as long as its straght corollas look goooood so id go for go much before show 4agze, 2jz, 454 big block. ok maybe not the last one but theres my opinion :D

I would go with Hot up over show.

Probably use a KE30 or KE35 (which ever is the two door).

KE35 is the 2 door coupe. KE30 is the 4 door or 2 door sedan.

vanity doesn't go very far, having a fast car is style in itself, and its fun.. and its no bullshit.

My Ke26 allredy has the looks, but with that money i could get 4 cylinders more, VVT-i, 5spd tiptronic, 2xKnots on the exhaust and programmeable engine and transmission management.

Anyone who has driven a full-blown racecar will know how much of a bastard they are to drive on the street/in traffic. Bone-jarring suspension, noisy, often spartan interiors (some of the rallycars I have driven don't even have heaters), Inconvenience of rollcages/no backseat or boot space, not to mention squeaky brakes that take 500degrees to actually work and ceramic/brass 'button clutches' (Ever tried a hill-start with one of them puppies??)

 

Those of us who voted 'speed'.... Did you factor in all these annoying bullshit things that come with having a tough, race-ready car??

squeaky brakes I can live with, adds to its sleepiness.

 

And you forgot having to heat the oil to around 100C before you dare start the thing.

if i had a 20k budget i spend it on a nice paint job, nice mags, replace the interior, best sound system, 20inch monitors in the back of the head rests, lower my car, you get the vibe! :locked:

You can't really legaly drive fast on the streets. You could get away with some things that would make the car drive better but since they're seen on the car you could classify it as hotting it up.

 

Eg, Exhaust Or intercooler, which would have to be attached to a turbo off couse.

I would struggle to spend 20k on a rolla. BUT!

Since it is make a choice I would choose speed

Don't forgett the $5000 paint job is to help with

the aerodynamics and the $800 racing seat is

to enable you to operate at your optimum.
