Will be good to see the end result. I was hoping to see the old Williamson RA40 last weekend but it didn't show up.

I have actually worked on Peters MA61, it ended up turning up on the weekend.

the supra is a really neat car and has been crashed so much...

So... what does a door weigh Seb??

way to much :P, trying to convince dad to let me cut the side intrusion out ....

Yeah it has, the last was after a long restoration. Full story is posted on here.

I'm aimng on cutting each 30kg down to 20 if I can, a plastic window and a length of exhaust pipe welded in under the top of the door. The cage now does the side intrusion bar job at the lower level.

They are heavy mothers!

its a well for the fuel cell :)

oh.. I thought is was for a square spare wheel!

Does it get baffled? or are the flexible bags just open inside? I suppose they are full of some porous foam to stop the fuel sloshing...

  • Author

haha no square wheels for this car ;)

the fuel cell has 'fuel foam ' in it which baffles it . ill upload some photos with the fuel in the well and of the tank itself
