December 22, 201411 yr Author comment_692121 so work begin within minutes on the grey car ! started stripping to get rid of the rust and dents . ][/size] even using Japanese newspaper fixing rust in sills and a skim of bog to get them perfect after welding . bit sad to see the rust had been filled with bog and painted over :/ so had to pull that all out and weld in some steel. also got a rear bob tail spoiler off ian which sets the rear end off nicely ! took a day off working on the car to go to classic japan ! heres dads rally car with the gt grill so spent about 3 weeks on the car getting it ready for primer will be painting the car a AMG Mercedes colour known as tenorite grey so that brings us up to date , have found a rear gt badge and gear knob just need a front gt grill now ! January 15, 201511 yr comment_693076 Spray a panel as a test and see how it comes out, If it's a bit dark try spraying some gloss white down as a base and then spraying over that. I ended up doing that on my Celica Report
