Swaps for a dirty Nissan. I'm gonna go see the guy tomorrow. I'm not really keen to let the aw11 go but I need 4 seats with the family just in case. I haven't been offered anything remotely decent up until this.

 

I got some info about the Celica that put me off. Supposedly it was a very dodgy engine/transmission swap. I didn't want to waste my time.

 

Will update tomorrow or Sunday.

Couldn't believe how awesome the interior came up with a bit of elbow grease, some spray on stain remover and a bucket of hot soapy water and rags. Seats look new. Some stains I thought were oil on the carpet came right out.

 

Can't imagine what a wet vac could do.

 

Managed to fix the sunroof cover and a few other niggling issues in an afternoon. Funny how the only time you fix the small things is when you may sell it.

High pressure cleaners are awesome for seats etc too. Just gotta remove them so they can dry well in the Sun.

dirty nissan, more of a love hate thing for me, i have owned a few skylines, currently an r34. but when it comes to street machines its chrome bumper all the way for me. but whatever floats ya boat is all good!

I'm only in it for the 4 seats. Plus it's a pretty good deal for me. If I don't like it it will be easier to trade again.

 

Really don't want to let the aw go, but I don't have room for another car, or the money :(

Not gonna lie, it's pretty nice to drive, even with the button clutch. I definitely got a good deal but it was still hard. When he test drove the aw11 I almost couldn't do it.

 

That rear wing though. *vomits*

It's not a wing..... it's a handle like a shopping trolley for when you need to push it :P

Yeah its definitely not my cup of tea. Supposedly it's genuine and rare as shit though. Might be able to get a good trade for something less Fast and Furious.

 

 

looks good, pretty tasteful mods for a skyline, i imagined some v8 supercar thing when you talked about the wing.

For a skyline it's very tidy. Interior is pretty unmolested. Rear seats look showroom.
