TheNOBBLER[RL] Posted August 25, 2006 Report Posted August 25, 2006 I plan to race, but not till I put in my new (non leakin) engine! Rollaclub grudge matches sound like fun, I would be up for it! Quote
coln72 Posted August 26, 2006 Report Posted August 26, 2006 "Cause i don't wanna break my standard diff in my daily, and i don't have a car trailer to get my other one down there." Its a rolla, diffs don't break do they :y: Quote
muller Posted August 27, 2006 Report Posted August 27, 2006 "Its a rolla, diffs don't break do they" *cough* yes they do ;) I don't do anything in my daily cause i need a car monday morning for work every week. Thats why you get a thrash car. Drive it like you stole it :y: Quote
RollaGurl Posted August 27, 2006 Report Posted August 27, 2006 so still no definate plans......... come on people, lets just make a decision. i like the drags idea! :y: Quote
GZE82 Posted August 27, 2006 Author Report Posted August 27, 2006 so still no definate plans......... come on people, lets just make a decision. i like the drags idea! :lock: sounds the goods at the moment. what sorta time figure are we lookin at for an event? Quote
rthy Posted August 27, 2006 Report Posted August 27, 2006 toymods is having a bbq if u guys are interested http://www.toymods.net/forums/showthread.php?t=11323 tho some stuff happened on the last joint meet :lock: Quote
muller Posted August 27, 2006 Report Posted August 27, 2006 Yeah, that was interesting. No one turned up and each club took credit for organising the meet, but said the other one hijacked the event. rthy: Are you in for rollaclub's next Vic meet? I think the problem when GZE82 tried to organise an event that joined with twincam.org i think it was that i got the feeling people wanted to have a rollaclub thing first befor joining with other clubs. We hardly know eachother as it is. Just a thought Quote

TheNOBBLER[RL] Posted August 28, 2006 Report Posted August 28, 2006 good thing about friday nights at calder would be if they do cancell it we could goto crown or what not. But the problem is its a friday night, the Calder are pretty good but some of us have to work saturday morning. I liked the idea of the Victorian Motor Racing Championship at Calder Park, its not that far away and there should be plenty of action for everyone to watch. This was lifted from there website... CATEGORIES HQ HOLDEN - for vehicles complying with the HQ Holden Regulations, OVER 2 LITRE SPORTS SEDANS - for vehicles complying with the Sports Sedan Regulations, UNDER 2 LITRE SPORTS SEDANS - for vehicles complying with the Sports Sedans Regulations IMPROVED PRODUCTION - for vehicles complying with Improved Production Regulations, OPEN WHEELERS - for vehicles complying with Formula Vee, Formula Ford, Formula Libre regulations PORSCHE 944 - for vehicles complying with the Porsche Car regulations, SALOON CARS - for vehicles complying with the Saloon Car Regulations.
