June 16, 200620 yr comment_123783 It says in the title its for minitrucks and lowriders. These aren't particularly high performance vehicles, rather cars that are developed for their looks and style. Street cars; remember, we're not supposed to be hooning etc on the street, hence cars based on style are considered good cars today....
