I went to the Docs today, ive had a bad pain that comes and goes under my lift rib cage. apparently i have torn the muscle away from the back of my rib cage slightly (not sure how it happened but ive been lifting heavy stuff around the shed lately) so yeah no heavy lifting for me for a few weeks and i have to live on nurofene till the pain settles down a bit.

my cat Kitty (yes i know real original and all lol) and my puppy Lexus who had to put down a month ago due to Parvovirus (make sure your dogs vaccianations are always up to date)

ima head in in a weeks time all the guys will be back from Tamworth then.

since we have brought the caldina it must has "Hit me" signs all over it cos we have had way to many close calls. ps gold coast drivers are the worst ever.
