It sits quite deep, the 3sge conversion is probably the most common conversion into these exluding the 20valve. Whats the extra height of a 7age? I don't even know what it is! EDIT : Anyone know where my engine/ chassic plate is? can't find it anywhere :bash:

Havent cut the springs just yet but was thinking of taking a 1 coil off this weekend when setting my camber and doing my gaurds. Yea will be interesting , I've honestly say I've never pulled the handbrake up to start a slid and it seems its a must doing tight motorkhana so should be interesting. :laff:

OK! so some news , its first event is on the 19th Jan. :dance: Really excited as its my first track event and always wanted to get into the whole scene! 1st thing I need to worry about is scrutineering, I started a nice to do list which consits of quite a lot of small jobs to keep them happy, I'm doing my first event on the cheap to see if its my cup of tea and then take if from there. Only thing I'm really worried about is my tyres and cut springs. As you can see I get put into the 2000cc and below catergory which = wrx,evo territory so I'm not expecting to much from myself or the car which is actually a good thing :happy:

Pretty sure mythbusters did a dead pig in the corvette in the heat for a month and they striped the car and could not get rid of the smell..

Can fab up some new 1's or cut your old 1's up and use them. Or find a Corolla with orginal chrome bumpers and hope they sold the bumpers without the brackets.

They can defect you everyday of the year for running 195/50 on a R15 x 9JJ FOR increased track and tyres not suiting the rim , think the smallest is 225 on a 9jj , just confirm at you local tyre store. Edit : easiest thing to defect your was for wheels being out the gaurds but pretty sure they would of got you for tyre not suiting rim.

I know this might sound silly but the engine reminds me off a 2 stroke bike.. No power at the bottom of the gears but wants it get over 4000 it's a whole different animal . Yea going to tint the lights this weekend and put some new color on it, camber the wheels and take a coil off,

Its a easy process just real messy its can get difficult on complex panels. Remember in the video he makes a negative copy, so each panel will need to be done twice to get the postive. But wants you go the negative you can pretty make as many copys as you want if you look after the negative, even sell them. I'm doing it on my bonnet,engine cover and boot on my aw11.

I got a tig with gas and my skills are not that bad. eBay is probably your best shot for all different kinds of manifolds and just general 4age parts.

Like like like like like like . Have you seen the yellow slanty with a ae86 front bar and side skirts ? Fits pretty clean with no mods.. Maybe some new brackets.
