now now shades you should know that arguments with bikes whether they are big, small, motorized or not always win when bitumen is brought into the mix :)

X2 :y: yep was a good day all up, was good to see members coming down to have a look around (Valandor, Jason_ke30 and SLO-030) and thanks for coming down and supporting us :y: hehehe i now have a second entrant plaque to find a spot for :cool: that and the show promoters shook the hands of all the entrants as we were leaving and said to have a safe journey home and to becareful when leaving as there were little kids, and that boys and girls in blue :) were also lurking :y:

i have been planning on painting the cam cover for a while now, and i have finally got around to doing it so, theres a before picture somewhere earlier on in the thread, but they weren't anything special to begin with because they were still the stock standard colours from the factory. i was going to do them blue but i was over keen on the 3 different blue in the range and i didnt like the red, so i went with gloss black and i sanded down the letter after the paint dried. and i obviously used with new cam cover seals/bolts as well :D

try a 20/50 oil i use to use castrol gtx2 20/50 and never had any problems. I'm now currently using shell helix 20/50 as i bought 6 bottles late last year, and both my 4a use less than half a litre every 5000km

i sure as hell wouldnt have wanted to be behind you at a set of lights :P I'm only trying to find out more info, because using a oil that is to thin can also be the problem, and using a thicker oil is only a bandaid solution until either the motor is rebuild/replaced that and i forgot to ask how many km's on the motor?

how thin an oil are you using as well? as orangelj possible rings/valve stem seals
