  1. Would use whatever came behind the 13B... Hilux diff? You've done a 20B conversion with a KE25? You should know what to do better than us?
  2. Little bit. Not as bad as the other one.
  3. Sounds good, let me know when. I need to invest in some rustkill and some bog. Get this thing looking good.
  4. Haven't been driving it for the last few days, my wheel alignment is god awfully ʞ©$ɟed and the inside edge of my tyres are goneskis. Might be starting the conversion soon though so you may not see it getting around until sometime in the new year. By the way everyone, Jon's AE71 is ʞ©$ɟing clean. Tidiest E7 I've seen in person. Spent quite some time on it.
  5. Wow, that rust was pretty hefty. Cool car man.
  6. Heard of people doing that before. If I had the money to spare, I'd go aftermarket for sure. Get a good tune, go COP. That's another option though. Edit: Or start with a blacktop
  7. If you want to keep an airbox and plenum then you might need to cut it up a bit. Velocity stacks and slip on filters look alot cooler. And sound awesome. Silvertops are AFM though so if you want to run no airbox, you'll need to go aftermarket ECU aswell. 20v's are more expensive for sure but do make more power from factory. I think if you plan on spending a bit of money on a 16v, you may aswell go 20v to start with. Gain that extra power from the get go. People will say a 16v has more potential but within a realistic budget, I think 20v is the go.
  8. Where I'm at right now, I could put that $43 towards feeding myself for the best part of a week. So yeah, I'm pov. Yeah man it's a pretty hefty drive for me. Drove 4 hours there and back for Mt Nebo and then there was the actual cruise itself.
  9. They enjoyed the latter half of the line too...
  10. Might even fit one to my wagon. So I can watch all the ladies chasing me from my rear view mirror.
  11. It's the principle. I'm not spending $40 in fuel to go and spend $3.
  12. After a bit of a "spirited drive" tonight, I'm deadly keen to get some 20v happening.
