  1. for what you are using the car for yes, I'm sure you will get their mate and will be all worth it
  2. Chris it all depends on what you want out of the car, and if you have the patience, time and money to do the conversion, havin EFI, bit of poke in her go for it but don't look past a 4K engine either, even the standard engine can breathe alot better, and just plot around Why you ask, i put the DET engine with some extra goodies, and went all out on mine, cage, seats, diff, brake upgrades cause I liked the shape and the ease of parts for the SR20, I'm never gonna get the money back but i know what i wanted, and i know what she can do and the 550kmn out of a tank of fuel is a bonus
  3. Well in Alice Springs it was 1.70l so being back here is a welcome change for ultimate, and since it was 5 mins everywhere, usually scoerd a lift with friends or family

  5. Pretty handy power you got mate, you don't want all that power the EVO made on E85 FP Green or Gold Turbo with 20G and a flashed E7 ECU should get you 350hp with some beefy torque top work tho
  6. I know you got to be creative but some look silly, NT plates cost $145 up to 7 letter/number combo

  10. too easy mate, trial the one i have mentioned above, once it you know it sits in their, redo the mounts to have it lowered to the desired height, at least you know it will clear everything going off the first fitment, then sell them off get crispy around and trial that tree, haha
  11. haha shot bro, got the sounds with the clip, rather entertaining
  12. Alright Justin, here is what you are going to do, get some bricks and get that crossmember off the grass, raise the gearbox so that it is level, leave the passenger side mount as is in position unbolt the driver side engine block mount jack the engine to the desired position/angle use carboard and make a template so that it sits on the mounts, there should be 4 peices, have these then cut out of 6mm mild steel and have welded, or have block mount, and two rails made as one piece of mild steel, and have bent accordingly, then have the last part welded on with a hole for the bolt to go through, spray some paint on it, now fit repeat on the other side and have engine jacked to suit, how easy does that sound, this should go in the conversion thread, otherwise i can do it have the mounts made up in a day, I'm sure you have the resources tho thoughts?
  13. here is a pic of mine, you can't really tell unless you get down you can have it and play around with it?
