Hydraulic handbrake is in the car now. All plumbed up, and bled (I think). I haven't driven the car in so long I've forgotten what the pedal is supposed to feel like, and with the front brakes working so well, the rears could be completely non-functional and I probably wouldn't even notice :P But the pedal feels relatively good, and the handbrake is also firm, so I think it's okay.
First thoughts? Nowhere near as good as I hoped. But then again that's probably because my MC is too big for the little drums. That said, it works a SHITELOAD better than the old cable handbrake, and I can stop the car on a hill with just 1 finger holding the lever, where's I actually had to reef the cable handbrake... Still having trouble consistantly locking the rears up, and it's not something I'm really very happy to test out here...
Going to take the drums off and clean everything up to make sure that's all good.
Yay :)
