  1. thanks mate and totally agree about that tail tidy and the indicators, mate think i'll play it safe and go with ThirdGear's jail bar tail light http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Slotted-Style-Stop-Tail-Brake-Light-Suit-Custom-Cafe-Racer-Harley-Motorcycle-/151297998012?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item233a103cbc and a couple of pairs for these indicators http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Nero-Indicators-Black-PAIR-For-Cafe-Racer-Tracker-Motorcycle-Turn-Signal-Light-/151546385104?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_15&hash=item2348de52d0
  2. thats a pretty good price for a full kit mate
  3. Clubman bars and bar-end mirrors fitted Before pics and after removed pillion pegs, seat strap. Next is to re-mould the seat and add some red, white or grey piping/stitching. and look at fender eliminators or this tail tidy Harley Davidson Street 750 Fender Eliminator KIT | eBay tho i am not too happy with that look, wanted an older style cafe tail SUGGESTIONS? thanks for your time
  4. ah cool mate. can't wait to see which way you go with them.
  5. ah awesome mate..! Let me know your thoughts, hey..!
  6. Did you get your locksmith mate around and sort them mate?
  7. and Hey Stu, have you seen WildThang's 48? It's my inspiration for this build Rest of my plans are: Get the V & H Nightstick exhaust fitted as soon as it arrives(Rang today, still not here) Get Evan's Trim Shop to cut down my existing seat, custom fab it to a single seater, with some red piping/stitching and something cool. Got onto a guy in town who can fab up some custom forward controls for me, for approx $500. Will have to wait for a while for that. Something i have also started to look into as a long term plan/no rush, is to import a 750cc engine or barell/piston kit from O/Seas
  8. These Clubman bars arrived today and these bar end mirrors Same as i had on my black Zucati Zed 50 Ordered from Third Gear, and took 3 days to get here. Amazing service Will be fitting them over the weekend and take a few pics
  9. I saw the recent May interview and he implied that the show is the 3 of them, if Clarkson goes, they all go Clarkson has also said he wont go quietly.. it's gonna drag on for a while I think I hope the BBC, at the very least, show the remainder of the season.
  10. ah awesome mate. and yes you win the cookie..! :-) definitely check these out hey, take one for a spin.
  11. love the 48's Stu..! nearly committed to one of them about 6 mths ago, but think their tank size was tiny? the only drawback on such a great looking rig And just got back from the dealers..! I was seriously going to buy a large backpack for work once the bike came through. they throw one in with the deal..! SCORE 2 year roadside assist. 2 year unlimited KM warranty. The Screamin' Eagle Nightstick will be in at the end of the month. Will try to time the fitting of it, with the 1600k service. Heading to Mt Glorious/Somerset Dam(we do a 400k route approx.) this weekend with a mate, if anyone has a bike and keen?
  12. The wife said I have to keep this one for 5 years too, if i got one...lol Plans are: Exhaust which is coming Day maker headlight kit as i work til late hrs now. Will think of more
  13. OK, time to confess. As some of the R.C guys saw the pics on my Facebook today I'll start with my review copied from a Bike page on Facebook: I went to the Boyd Yung Street 500 Reveal on the 26th feb, booked a test ride, right then and there. got the call and off we went this arvo. It felt more nimble than an iron 883, and had a lower center of gravity. the power was nothing to write home about, but the bike felt faster than the iron for sure, power/weight ratio? this thing felt at least 20kgs lighter . the foot position felt slightly more forward than the std mid mount controls on most harleys. which felt fine with my short legs. it reminds me of a mini V Rod. I reckon i would use one as a commuter for sure. nimble, easy to manouver with enough grunt through any of the 6 gears to accelerate out of trouble when needed. I would definitely get the aftermarket exhaust ASAP. as the std one sounded like any other 500cc. my 2c review They un crated her and sent me a couple pics I ordered the aftermarket exhaust, a Screamin' Eagle Night stick, but it wont be in til the end of the month(they will fit it for free when it arrives) I chose it as i love the look of the classic Super Trap single exhausts and it looks and sounds just fine
  14. HAHA... Hopefully, today i can upload pics, if they uncrate her. After all this interest, i am worried you will all be disappointed...
  15. HAHA..! love your work, Reed..! EDIT: The Crate arrived at the store today. all paperwork sorted. now, the waiting game, there may be some assembling required at the store, I guess
  16. Haha. and agreed mate..! Will be following your thread on them for sure, mate and yeah we have a darn close guess. hoping this afternoon after work, i can take pics(if it arrives today)
  17. LOL. keep the guesses coming..! HINT: It is a 2 wheeler It is classed as a motorcycle, except for the purists of the brand. It is Matt Black(like most of my vehicles are, lol). have hardly slept since i was given a date of arrival....can not wait to show more
  18. :-P Recently took one of these different Bikes for a test ride at the reveal and ordered one right then and there. This one should be here Monday. Will post more info when I can Guess what it is?!? Closest answer gets a cookie
  19. We are aware of the site mate, it's been linked on earlier pages. It's cool to just get a notification of a relevant movie with a Rolla in it, that someone has seen and links it here

  22. Hi mate, apologies for the late reply, lost my login info. i have retired from professional competition a few years ago, but i am still affiliated with the club, as I believe it's the only place for real BJJ and MMA in town. Edit: Tho, I wish Jukesy was still there.. Back on topic, love your car...! so clean
  23. Spotted this at the corner of Taylor and McGregor sts the other day. Gave you the thumbs up, I was in the little delivery car. Sounds and looks great.
