http://itunes.apple....=8&ign-mpt=uo=4 i bought this a year or more ago. and still refer to this thing..! anyone who is into the grappling arts, will love this its like just under 2Gb of info, vids, techniques and texts. a bit on Roy, from memory, forgive if I'm out(coulda googled it) he earnt his blackbelt in japanese Ju jitsu as an Uchi deshi(live in student) in japan, and also earnt his black belt in Judo from the Kodokan(sorta like the home of all the japanese traditional arts) he then saw the utility of BJJ and got into that under Roy Harris. and is now a 2nd degree. which is rare in non brazilians..! he now has a truly unique style, and not to mention his teaching methods are among the best. i mean this in the nicest way, when i met Jip from here on the weekend, i thought he was Roy Dean's twin. has a similar great personality. guys, if you arent even a martial artist, or even curious, this thing is a great life coach, too. lol, after reading this, youd swear I'm getting paid to sell the app or something....

putting it out there, as generally speaking, 'the bad' gets more attention in life. i wanted to say that in my short time on here, and the dealings i have had, both in buying/selling and just at meets, has been amazing..! can't say enough about it. after another deal just now with another R.C member, I felt it deserved a thread. we meet here due to our mutual love of the 'Rolla, and then realize we have so much more in common. i can relate to everyone i've dealt with, regardless of age. this is also a thankyou to the guys ive met, and the guys who created the club. ILU guys, seriously /salute
