  1. Put up a wanted thread for left mirror to suit late KE70 / AE71 and someone will be able to help. I gave my last one away. Also may be worth finding a complete left door with mirror in white, then you will not need to weld up the holes in the panel.

    Playah!

Was interesting for me being a first timer. I knew there would be running involved, but damn. Back when I used to umpire local footy I would ride my racer 10km, jog 3 or 4, do sprints, jog 3 or 4 again then ride 10 to go home most being uphill on return trip. So to go from doing that 4 years ago, to now being flat out with work and stuff not having the time for exercise it was a real eye opener to how easily fitness decreases when you ignore proper exercise for too long. I'm keen to keep going with this as I want my fitness back :jamie: Cyaz, going up the street to walk my bro's dog.
  3. Tidy :)
  4. Must have been Matt's, wasn't me.

    Playah!

I'm off to Sydney to work this weekend. I fly back monday and my plane lands around 5ish, so by the time I get home and changed I should make it in time I hope. My friend Gemma is yet to know whether she can come but I'll keep badgering her :)

    Playah!

I may be down for this, and I was also going to say "high rolla's" too so good to see it was suggested. (Even though I'm not a high rolla, quite poor actually. And my rolla ain't high no more |blink| ) Also got a chick friend with an AE92 SX Seca who might like the sounds of this.
  7. Forgot to put this up the other day, just a quick vid of how much the big cone on the 6X9 actually moves once turned up a bit. Ignore the sound, the poor little mic on the camera couldn't cope. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=mpX96RDVzmA
  8. Thought I'd put up a few more pics for you...
  9. Pics of said lowering... Also fitted my amp last weekend, all done very neatly :jamie: Made sure the amp was mounted in a position where it will not be seen, behind a side interior trim. The main power cable on an amp install is always ugly when taken back through the engine bay and through the firewall so I looped mine around the back of the battery and out the side and ran it under the LHS guard, where the large fuse is also installed. Well worth the effort i think. RCA leads are run from the back of HU and out down the right side of the car to eliminate risk of electrical noise of power vs RCA leads. OH, where did it go? Also installed my crossovers and tweetes from my TS-C1625's, still running off HU not amp to minimize risk of popping the original AE82 phillips 4 inch speakers. Will do the job until I get some TS-C1002's, then I can hook them up to the amp and stereo will be complete.
  10. 405mm free height springs removed, 285mm free height springs installed :jamie: Pics later. Need blocks soon now, will most likely order this week and install in a couple weekends time as I'll be in Sydney for work next weekend.
  11. How do you think it will go? 15's?
  12. My boof head hardly fits in my li'l rolla as it is, but what the heck.
  13. Welcome to reality :)
  14. White AE82 pictured closest.
  15. First one looks better in my opinion so far, don't really want to do a 6+ hour cruise.
  16. Matt has a thread on dc but hasn't updated in a while... http://www.ae86drivingclub.com.au/board/in...c=31985&hl=
  17. Pics from and before Sunday cruise...
  18. If it wasn't for Matt's pano break down I probably wouldn't have ended up having a passenger run in this thing yesterday. I was quite impressed with the handling, I must say. Good work
  19. Thanks to all for a great day, I'll put some pics up soon.
  20. Cheers :D , but what do you mean by console mod? The speaker panel? Update time :) Lights in... Looks kinda wak now that these lights are in, so I'll have to restore my MA's soon and put the springs I've got here in the front, and order the blocks for the back. Looks way too high, more so with these lights than it did before.
  21. Congrats on getting it all legal, makes it all worthwile in the end.
