    As a closet Volvo enthusiast, I can relate. A lot of European cars of a certain vintage all have government mandated biodegradable wiring insulation. (brilliant idea that) Volvos especially have a metric f*ckton of wiring, relays, modules, fuses... All interconnected, and they ALL fail. Often. Troubleshooting down to the singular fault is an absolute nightmare.

    Toyota are leaving it to the aftermarket to supply upgrades, they've already supplied demo models to the major tuning houses for R&D. TRD have already developed a supercharger kit, no doubt STi won't be far behind with the hairdryer.

    That sounds about right, I did some napkin maths based on the Japanese retail pricing and arrived at similar numbers. Scaling that formula up to the higher spec G/GT/GT Limited (if we even GET the high-spec variants) puts you close to 50k.
