You've pretty much got it... On the sill panels (the bit you're pointing at) you put the scissor jack in between the two little cutout bits. There will be 4 of those, two on each side front and rear. As for the other two, DON'T use the scissor jack to try and lift the car from the middle, they're not rated for that much weight. You'll want a hydraulic floor/trolley jack... But yes you've got the jacking points right.

You should try it in a two tonne Bavarian Bahn-Yacht after a heavy night on the schnapps with a bunch of girls from the Czech Republic on school holidays. Ok maybe not THAT specific. TL;DR, An E34 540i is most definitely not the optimal vehicle with which to conquer the 'ring.
