when i saw your car for the first time, it made me actually like the shape of a 30. hadnt ever really considered them before. i get plenty of posititve attention in my car. especially when theres a loud scraping noise from when i go over speed bumps in parking lots haha

can't say i'm keen on that red line to break it up. i been reading some stuff that flappers can just disintegrate at high speeds? can't say i usually do massive speeds, but anyone had any issues? and where can i get a set anyways? certain ones better then others? EDIT: also do they wear away at the side wall? ruining the structural integrity of the tire? i guess a can get a wall and if i don't like it put the flapper over it...

sounds good. yeah i measured it, came up bout 290mm at the front and 300mm at the rear, time for a new lowering block :P might mock up some flappers in photoshop or something, still not overly keen on them though.

my dads got a bug, bought it for 1800 and is pretty f@$kin clean. but he wont slam it it out ;) theres one of the VW squarebacks near me in lime green, looks pretty fresh. that and a white one with venetians on all windows, he goes through everynow an then. i myself been trying to find a MK1 golf for a while. though i wanna build a clean one, not one of the rat styled ones
