  5. take those lowering blocks out straight away and get some proper ones as those look like they are crushing already
  6. well i got towe's tappet cover and this is what it turned out like and here is a little finishing touch i did for him and while i was in the polishing mood my rear bumper went from this to this

  8. Apparently you just have to use the ke20 top "hat" and then it bolts in (at least that is what i have been told and i will let you know for sure when i do it) i am putting these in for the stiffer springs and the bigger breaks

  15. Well bring down your spare and ill polish it for you and can you bring down some fiberglass and resin and mekp as i have to do some fiberglass repair to an outward cowl
  16. ok parts i know i will need are......... 1, motor, .................sorted 2, gearbox (4 or 5 speed at the moment),.............sorted 3, front and rear bumpers,.................sorted 4, ke55 struts and brakes (or some other brake/suspension/stud upgrade),............sorted 5, possibly drivers door,.........sorted 6, lights (and surrounds), 7, tail lights,........sorted 8, grill, 9, matching lock set (ignition, doors and boot), 10, front seats (possibly gti swift or similar), 11, all rubbers (doors, windows, boot, etc) 12, headlining,.........sorted 13, dash pad,......sorted 14, molded carpet, 15, later model diff (matching the front stud pattern), 16, drivers front guard,......sorted

  18. so i went out to the shed today and decided to do something other than bodywork on the car so i decided to polish the tappet cover this is what i started with this is what i finished with then after that was done i got back into the bodywork and i now have the entire rear end of it from the doors back in primer ready for some color to go on it
  19. and please post the build up on here as well and i noticed you have air con in your car
  20. the hose i have circled is not meant to be like that as that is where your heater hoses attach to just remove that hose that is looped over and there is your attachment points

  23. well my air compressor hit puberty today and had a growth spurt here is the new section of sill that i replaced i got into some wet sanding this afternoon and now this section is as smooth as a babies bum this side had a bit of a dent in it (still need some more work done on it yet)
  24. check your timing as it can cause your motor to overheat
