  1. just get your springs reset (better in the long run as blocks put strain on your springs under hard acceleration and braking)
  2. with what your starting with it shouldn't take 18 months to complete (unlike what i started with 3 months ago)
  3. oi why aren't you at work???

  7. well i got started on my "new" diff today, i got it all cleaned up and painted (going to put new brake parts in it when its on the car) also got a start with my stud pattern/ brake upgrade for the front, simple as,all i had to do was remove the calliper and the disk and the backing plate and bolt the "new" parts on i decided to clean it up and paint it while i had a chance and i just have to bolt the lca back on and its almost ready to re-install

  15. my old 80 series landcruiser (the one in my avatar) 4.2 diesel extractors 2.75" exhaust 33" mud tyres would get me 10lt - 100km and with 120lt of fuel on board i didnt have to stop for fuel very often
  16. one other option would be putting flares on to cover the tyres then you can have the slightly wider diff and still have your deep dish wheels covered
  17. if that rust was on the other side i would tell you to come here and cut the panel out of my wreck but that side is already gone
  18. thats cool cause i don't need the front brakes as i have ke30 brakes sitting in my shed :doublebird: and did you know the diff on this one has the 114.3 stud pattern
  19. ok parts i know i will need are......... 1, motor, .................sorted 2, gearbox (4 or 5 speed at the moment),.............sorted 3, front and rear bumpers,.................sorted 4, ke55 struts and brakes (or some other brake/suspension/stud upgrade),............sorted 5, possibly drivers door,.........sorted 6, lights (and surrounds), 7, tail lights,........sorted 8, grill,........sorted 9, matching lock set (ignition, doors and boot),.............getting sorted 10, front seats ,..........sorted 11, all rubbers (doors, windows, boot, etc) 12, headlining,.........sorted 13, dash pad,......sorted 14, molded carpet, 15, later model diff (matching the front stud pattern),.......sorted 16, drivers front guard,......sorted so all i am left needing is carpet, the full rubber kit and some external trim
