Toyota Sera 1990-1994
MissSydneyCruising replied to MissSydneyCruising's topic in General Mechanical
yeah that too lol  Most common things that go wrong: Ashtray clips break - can buy these from UK Door handle surrounds crack due to age - Toyota Dealer Item Only Headlights dirty - Bake them in the oven minus the bulbs and all steel parts, pry them apart with a screwdriver once the silicon has melted, and clean away. Also you can fit a HID kit for $400AUD. Clips on doors break often due to pulling the door down all the time, these are at any hardware shop. Gas struts for doors sagging - new struts from toyota, second hand struts from some wreckers (sydney has 2 with a sera each, brisbane has none), or from Omicron in the UK. You also have balancers inside the door, these are extremely expensive to fix. Think thats about it. Oh and they run ONLY on shell optimax mMMMKKAY? None of this woolworths sh*t... :D -

Hey everyone, well I am sure you guys mostly know what powercruise is as its since now been held in qld. It was held thursday through sunday and my other half got sponsored to attend. So we figure ok, our anniversary weekend we'll be spending at a carshow but ok itll be fun... HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE. A ferrari hit the wall head on, an s15 did the same trick both on saturday, a skyline of some form lost a wheel when drifting... I'm sure there was more but I can't remember it. The dyno figures were insane with stacey's r33 getting 600hp, a vl turbo with the plates PSI getting 700hp... someone was running 40 pounds of boost and manged to lift the head off the motor on the dyno... that managed like 1200hp :D :) :D This is what sydney has to offer in regards to powerful cars... I have 9gb of pictures but they are on dvd so they will be up once i scan through them for the best ones... My personal pictures are up now here: pics :S

I'm wondering why nick hasn't put this up yet lol... read your email brother :D Not exactly new zealander, funny nonetheless... Two Samoan brothers are walking along Queen Street in Auckland when they see a sign which reads as follows: 'Suits $15.00 each, shirts $2.00 each, trousers $2.50 per pair' Salle says to Leffie, "Look at that. We could buy shitloads of that gear and when we get back to Mangere, we could make a hole load of dough bro. Now when we go into the shop, don't say nothink. Just let me do all the talking 'cause if they hear our accent they might not serve us, so I'll speak in my best Auckalofa accent." They go in and Salle orders 50 suits at $15.00 each, 100 shirts at $2.00 each and 50 pairs of trousers at $2.50 each. The owner of the shop says, "You boys from Mangere?" Oh, yeh bro, how the f***k did you know that?" asks Salle The owner says, "Because this is a dry-cleaners...!"
