Quick update. 5 Speed is in. Changed all that needed to be changed over today. Next week is the 15" 5 spoke mags i had on my 55 going on. Then rego. Then lowered :D Anybody know where i can get some aftermarket rails(seats) from?? Cheers JAe

Well some of u may know me, i drive the black ke55. I have decided to buy a couple of toys lately. First i got the yellow ke71. It has a tired 4k n 5 speed. Started to pull it apart and slowley fix it all up. Then 3 weeks later this red one comes up for sale. So i decided to get this one aswell(make 1 good out of 2) Well upon closer inspection of the red one it is pretty faultless(apart from being a auto) There are only two spots of rust in the entire car(red car) where as the yellow car has got a bit of rust. So i am turning the red one in to a 5 speed. and taking what i need off the yellow one and then getting rid of it.(yellow car) So i have just got back from gladstone yesterday and since i have a RDO today i decided to start doing some stuff on the red one. I have only just finished changing the pedal box over, swapped drivers seats, gave the bonnet a little bit of a polish and it came up a million times better,I will buff it when i finish swapping gearboxes) Now i also have a question on the auto diff ratios. how much difference is there between an auto and a manual ratio? will update as i go along. They have some gutter rash on them and they are to suite a front wheel drive.. i had to have 10mm spacers on the front, to stop them rubbing on the struts.. oh and they don't have tyres on them. they are 15x6.5 i think.. make an offer because everything is for sale at the right price :yes:

Yeah man i took my 5 spokes of it and went with the cressy wheels cause i think it looks different. But if u like cressy wheels i'd say go for it and get them. U r in tassie so represent the cressy wheels :yes: Cheers Jae

Yeah man. i painted my baby blue ke55 black a couple of weeks ago... gets dirty real quick

I only got sidchrome tools :yes: started to buy a snap-on spanner every couple of weeks a few years ago, But as soulsercher stated when people borrow them, I have now lost most my good spanners

quick update. put cressida wheels on. Lowered it( thanks Styler) and gave it a quick paint. Also updated the interior with a new boot install and parcel shelf, u can see this in the peoples interiors thread :yes: Cheers Jae

i just found a ke30 clock in my shed. unsure if it works but if some1 wants it its here

my clock in my 55 worked fine aswell. my car only has 155k on it :yes: but then i pulled it out and threw it away when i put a tacho in the spot :)
